I am a registered psychologist dedicated to providing a warm, collaborative, and safe space for individuals from all walks of life. Drawing on my training in Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Schema Therapy, and EMDR, I offer personalised support tailored to each person’s unique needs.
I am passionate about helping adults (18+) navigate a range of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, grief and loss, and life transitions. I have a particular interest in supporting those who struggle with anxiety, perfectionism, and people-pleasing tendencies, and I strive to create an environment where clients feel seen, heard, and empowered in their journey toward change.
All sessions are by Telehealth so you are able to attend your session from the comfort of your home or another private and convenient space.
Please reach us at contact@semataylor.com.au if you cannot find an answer to your question.
I have completed a Bachelor of Science (Psychology), Honours degree, and Master of Clinical Psychology from the Cairnmillar Institute. I am currently completing further training for area of practice endorsement in clinical psychology.
I have experience working in both community mental health and private practice psychology settings. I have experience and interests in working with a wide range of issues including depression, anxiety, relationship problems, trauma, low self-esteem, perfectionism and grief and loss.
Please note, I am not taking any new referrals for clients under the age of 18.
I take a compassionate, trauma-informed and neuro-affirming approach to therapy, and will ensure your goals and needs are at the forefront of all therapy sessions.
